2. What is 'the second death'?

Read: Revelation 20:14

And death and hell were cast into the lake of __________. This is the second death. (20:14)

 

NOTE: Not everyone will experience the second death.

3. Who will be hurt by 'the second death'?

He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches; He that __________ shall not be hurt of the second death. (2:11)

NOTE: He who does not overcome shall be hurt by the second death.

He that comes forth in the second resurrection [the resurrection of damnation or the resurrection of the wicked] shall be hurt by the second death.

The devil, the beast, the false prophet will be cast into the lake of fire, which refers to the second death.

Whoever is not found written in the book of life will be cast into the lake of fire - the second death.

The fearful, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters, all liars will be cast into the lake of fire - the second death.

The wicked will be cast into hell - referring to the second death.
